And now he is returning to Medina, Minnesota to bring his system to life through a series of lectures, demonstrations and instruction. From the Young Horse to the Grand Prix horse, through Young Riders, and Amateurs, Conrad Schumacher will demonstrate the benefits of his Training System and the German Training Scale that develops winning partnerships.
Considerably more than a riding clinic; this is a template for the systematic development of both horse and rider. Instruction, lectures and discussions in; confirmation of foals to mature horses, developing the riders seat, training on the lunge, and mental fitness for the rider. Beginning with the training of the young horse and developing through Grand Prix Conrad show the audience a system to keep the horses performing at their best every step of the way.

About Conrad Schumacher
The legendary Conrad Schumacher has been an influential force in Europe for the teams of Germany, Holland, Great Britain as well as here in the United States. He has coached Olympic Medalists, World and European Champions, in addition to medal winning Young Rider Teams in Europe and the United States.
His students have won more than 40 international medals, including Sven Rothenberger's individual bronze and team silver medals at the 1996 Olympic Games, and Ellen Bontje and Gonnelien Gordjin-Rothenberger's 2000 Olympic Team Silver medals. He has trained young riders for the USET from 1991 to 1995 and was the exclusive trainer to the USDF Advanced Young Riders through 2004. Conrad Schumacher has been the official trainer to the British World Equestrian Games and Olympic Games teams. His riding system outlines the skills needed for both horse and rider to train successfully throughout the levels.
A former German National Dressage Team member, Conrad Schumacher trained under the late German World Champion and Olympic medalist Josef Neckermann. He has been coaching and teaching around the world since 1982.
